Bradley D. Becnel                                          E-mail

Bradley is the son of Daniel E. Becnel, Jr. and Judge Mary Hotard Becnel. He attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and earned his B.B.A. in Business Administration. During this time Bradley served as an intern in the west wing of the White House with the Clinton administration. After graduating college he began law school at the Loyola School of Law in New Orleans where he recieved his J.D. in 2003. Immediately following law school Bradley was hired as an aid for Governor Kathleen Blanco's gubernatorial campaign and then John Kerry's presidential campaign. Bradley is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts along with the Eastern, Middle and Western U.S. District Courts of Louisiana.  Bradley was recently appointed to the Louisiana State Mineral Board by Gov. Kathleen Blanco.  He also serves on the Board of the Young Lawyers Division section of the New Orleans Federal Bar Association.
