Darryl J. Becnel is a native of Reserve, Louisiana and a resident of Lutcher, Louisiana. He has ten years of experience practicing law and handles serious personal injury cases as well as mass tort and class action chemical exposure cases. Darryl Becnel graduated from Nicholls State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1991 and received his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans Law School in 1994. He did all work on his law degree while also working a full time job and finished in the top 35% of his class at Loyola Law School. Darryl Becnel has trial experience in both civil and criminal cases and in both jury and judge tried cases. He also has extensive experience in handling catastrophic automobile accident cases and large scale chemical exposure cases. He has hands on experience in all facets of class action litigation, including client contact, document review and coding, claims office administration, motion practice, settlement negotiations and trial practice.

Darryl Becnel is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Louisiana and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association.
